Join us in making an immediate impact on a family in crisis.

Your donation will go a long way to helping us meet our goal for the HoldYou Foundation!

Barb and Stef are joining forces to help raise funds for the HoldYou Foundation during their 3rd annual "Fly for Families" event at DragonFly Cycling on June 3rd.

From Barb: "My friend Natalie started this foundation a few years ago. I'm so proud of her! I'm humbled by the good work she's doing. Moreover, I'm moved by the profound impact her work has on families when they need it most: in the midst of agonizing crisis, having to deal with a child's life-threatening illness or injury.

I'm fortunate to be in a position to help her help others. I CAN cycle, so I WILL. How about joining me on the team? If cycling isn't your thing (heaven knows it's not mine either, but I'll do it for Natalie and HoldYou!), you can help with a donation."

Thank you for whatever support you can give to support families like Ethan's: participation, financial, enthusiasm... it's all welcome!

Ethan's Story

"On March 10, 2017, our lives changed forever; we heard the words "Stage 3 Wilms Tumor on his right kidney." My son, Ethan, was 2 1/2 years old at that time and I could not believe this was happening to him. I had been at my job for less than a year and so had my fiance. We were so distraught with the news and didn't know how to move forward. We made the decision that I would stay home with Ethan to care for him on an unpaid leave for 6 months, which turned into 10 months. On June 1, 2017, due to the chemotherapy, his left kidney failed. Ethan began receiving hemodialysis three times per week. Then, on August 28, 2017, he was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and his hemodialysis was increased to four times per week. Countless hospital stays, several surgeries (10 total), co-pays and one income caused financial strain for our family. I am thankful to HoldYou Foundation for their contribution and the difference it made in our lives." -- Ethan's Mom
